All prices are in EURO and Bulgarian Leva depending on which language you choose to use while browsing our website. Prices include VAT unless indicated otherwise but exclude delivery charges and customs duty and other taxes, if applicable. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
PRODUCTS AND THEIR DESCRIPTIONS
XenonLand tries to describe the products listed in the website as accurate as possible. However, XenonLand does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by XenonLand itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for full refund.
We reserve the right to alter, without prior notice, the range of products, prices of products and terms and conditions of sale. Please note product shades and shapes may vary. All measurements are approximate. All pictures are for illustration and part identification purposes only, the actual product delivered will be in different condition and might carry different degree of wear and tear. Should a particular product be unavailable we reserve the right to substitute with a similar item. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale without notice.
You can buy goods from us by using our website. You can purchase given good(s) as guess or you can choose to register an account at our website.
To buy goods via our website, you must be at least 18 years of age. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate, complete and not misleading.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us, at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel orders when feel necessary, even if the order has been confirmed and payment charged. If you are charged for a purchase and we cancel the order, we will notify you and refund your payment.
The full payment for your order (including the product price and applicable delivery charges) is expected to be done by you in order to enter into a binding sale contract. Delivery will commence once payment has been processed/validated/received. We accept payment by PayPal, Bank Transfer, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All PayPal and Credit Card payments are processed by PayPal or relevant bank POS terminals and are not proceed/stored by us.
All goods are offered for sale subject to available stock. Some items indicated as "available" in the website might not be available due to the fact that XenonLand sells its goods also to the local market or any other reason. If an ordered item is out of stock, we may contact you to offer a substitute or inform you for a waiting period to source it. If you do not accept a substitute item or not willing to wait, and your payment has been charged for an item that is out of stock, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund of your payment.
We ship worldwide. To find out the shipping charges that apply to you, simply add the items to your shopping cart and proceed accordingly to the checkout where the full cost will be calculated and displayed before you make any payment. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. We will not deliver to a P.O. Boxes.
We usually dispatch available small items in 1-2 working days following your payment. Sometimes this might delay up to 7 days. We will inform you if any delay is expected. Headlights usually take 1-4 days to dispatch due to their size and fragile nature. It is your responsibility to inform us promptly if an order does not arrive by emailing email@example.com. Once we learn an order has not arrived within a reasonable period we will provide a tracking number or parcel number for untraceable parcels or lodge an enquiry with the courier and advise you of any issues that are discovered.
Estimated delivery dates are indicated at each product description. Please bear in mind that these are just estimates and we can not be held responsible for delays or any loss or damage caused by late or non-delivery. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order.
If you choose to sign for your item you will generally need to be available between 9.00 am and 17:00 pm to receive the delivery. You have the option to choose a different delivery address than your billing address. For example you may want to use your work address for delivery if your employer’s workplace policies allow this. If you do not answer when the courier tries to deliver your order, the courier will generally leave a note. You must then contact the courier directly to arrange re-delivery. Without limitation, we are not liable for any loss or damage as a result of you failing to contact our courier within the time specified in any “article awaiting collection” notice left by the courier at the time of delivery.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We accept returns. You can return the goods purchased for any reason within 14 days after receiving them.
The only condition is goods purchased should not be used, in other words fitted to a vehicle. Return items should be in original condition upon delivery. Return not accepted for fitted/used parts, unless they are proven defective. If you return item(s) to us that do not comply with the above requirements, we will return it/them to you at your cost.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please bear in mind that for mistakenly purchased items/change of mind returns a small 5% handling/restocking fee applies.
To return an item you simply have to fill "Return merchandise form" available at the footer menu. Once we receive the return item we will refund either in full or minus re-stocking fee or shipping cost depending on individual return case.
All new parts, particularly xenon ballasts, igniters and bulbs have 12 months manufacturer warranty. Used xenon parts comes with 30 days warranty since xenon products are by definition with limited working hours. Working hours of a given used ballast or igniter can not be known.
Warranty period begins from the date of delivery of the purchased good to the customer. Warranty covers any defects that might occur during initial production, assembly or/and if containing defective parts or stop functioning before given warranty period ends.
In case of product failure within the given warranty period, customer has a right to return it for free repair. According to Bulgarian consumer law maximum repair period is 30 days and is added to the remaining warranty period. If repair found to be impossible by the part manufacturer within 30 days, a replacement unit will be sent to the customer free of charge. Customer is liable for both way delivery charges. HNGlobalTrade LTD has by no means any liability/responsibility for part replacement costs or/and opportunity costs that the product failure might cause. From time to time there may be errors on our website such as wrong pricing, wrong descriptions and offers for products that are not available or are no longer available. Hence we may decline or cancel any orders that are affected by the error, even if the order has been confirmed and payment received. If your payment is received for an order affected by the error, we will cancel the order and refund the payment charged.
We collect private data from you when you are ordering from us. These data include your full name, address and telephone number. All these data are collected in order to fulfill the order and are not disclosed to any third party.

Xenonland reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
